At Strictli, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable Apple products. To ensure customer satisfaction, all device purchases made through our store come with a 1-Year Non-Accidental Limited Warranty.
Strictli-Standard Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product at no extra cost to you.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (such as drops, spills, or cracks)

Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs

Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents

Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires)

Battery degradation from normal use

Personal information stored on the device

We will provide instructions for shipping the device to our repair center, and any shipping costs for valid warranty claims will be covered by Strictli.
UK & EU Statutory Rights
The Strictli 1-Year Non-Accidental Limited Warranty is a commercial warranty offered by us. It applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law.

Legal Guarantee: Under local laws, consumers are entitled to a free-of-charge repair, replacement, or refund by the seller for goods that are faulty or do not look or work as advertised at the time of delivery.

For refurbished goods, the duration of this statutory protection may vary by your specific country of residence (typically 1 year for refurbished electronics).

SureBright Extended Warranty (USA Only)
Strictli has partnered with SureBright to give our USA customers a safe, reliable, and hassle-free option to protect their device purchases. SureBright covers a wide variety of issues that may arise with your device.
A SureBright extended warranty can be purchased at the time of your order or up to 30 days after the date of purchase. SureBright warranties can be canceled at any time on a pro-rata basis.
What’s covered:

Comprehensive coverage for mechanical or electrical breakdowns, including power surges

100% coverage for repairs for extended years, covering both parts and labor

Protection against normal wear and tear that affects functionality over time

Replacement or reimbursement if the device cannot be repaired
All SureBright warranty claims must be submitted directly through SureBright. Note: Extended warranties are currently not available for Canada, UK, or EU customers.
Cellhelmet Accessory Coverage
All Cellhelmet products come with a lifetime manufacturer warranty, which must be handled directly through Cellhelmet for replacement.
When filing a Cellhelmet warranty claim, a $9.99 processing and handling fee will be charged to ship the replacement right to your front door.
