SAME-DAY SHIPPING: Orders submitted by 1:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day.

Order Fulfillment

All orders placed online are processed within 24 hours of placement or by the next business day.

  • Before 1 PM EST: Ships same day.
  • After 1 PM EST: Ships next business day.

Note: Major holidays may impact shipping times throughout the year.

Shipping Options

Choose the speed and protection level that fits your order:

  • Standard (4–5 days): Our standard delivery for U.S. orders.
  • Express (1–2 days): Faster delivery for U.S. orders.
  • Canada (6–10 days): Standard delivery for Canadian orders.

Both U.S. speeds can be upgraded with optional protection:

  • + Signature Confirmation: A signature is required at delivery.
  • + Signature & Insurance: Adds signature confirmation plus coverage for loss or damage in transit.

Rates below apply to U.S. domestic orders of standard-size items. Each rate is shown as a range — the exact amount depends on the shipping distance to your delivery address and is confirmed at checkout.

Holiday Periods

During major holiday periods, shipping rates increase by $4.

Large & Oversized Items

Orders containing large or oversized items add $8 to the rate and are not available with Express delivery.

Canada & Final Pricing

Canadian (6–10 day) rates are calculated at checkout. Your final cost — including any large-item or holiday adjustment — is always confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address, order total, and item size.

Delivery Responsibility

Strictli assumes full responsibility for packages until they are marked as delivered to the shipping address specified in your order.

Once the carrier confirms delivery, the responsibility shifts to the recipient.

If you selected Signature & Insurance and your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at support@strictli.tech to start a claim.
