At Strictli, we are committed to providing high-quality pre-owned products at affordable prices. Please review the specific policies for your region below.

USA Customers

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped.
  • 5% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs.
  • Once shipped, the item must be returned following our return policy.

Return Policy

  • Initiate claims within 14 days of receipt.
  • 20% restocking fee applies, or opt for in-store credit with no fees.
  • Items must be received back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Pre-paid shipping labels are available upon request.
  • Extended warranties and protection accessories (cases/glass) are non-refundable.

Warranties & Exchanges

  • Devices: 1-year non-accidental warranty included.
  • Charging Cables/Blocks: 30-day non-accidental warranty.
  • Exchanges: Valid for items of equal or higher value. Must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

Product Condition

Our products are available in Clearance, Used, Open Box, and Brand New Sealed conditions. Please note that product images are stock photos and may not reflect the exact device received.

Canadian Customers

Holiday Policy

Extended Returns: Orders placed between 11/1–12/25 can be returned until 1/15. Standard terms apply.

Cancellation & Returns

  • 5% cancellation fee before shipping.
  • 20% restocking fee deducted from all refunds.
  • Duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.
  • $30 reshipment fee applies for failed deliveries returned to Strictli.

Warranties

All devices include a 1-year non-accidental warranty covering manufacturing defects. We provide return shipping labels for warranty repairs.

Note: Extended warranties are currently unavailable for Canada. Purchases will be automatically refunded.

Key Regional Differences

  • Duties: Canadian customers are responsible for all non-refundable duties and taxes.
  • Warranties: Extended coverage is currently exclusive to USA customers.
  • Undelivered Items: Canadian orders incur a $30 fee if returned to sender.
