USA Customers

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime before shipment.

  • 5% cancellation fee applies.

  • Post-shipment cancellations follow the return policy.

Return Policy

  • Initiate claims within 14 days of receipt.

  • 10% restocking fee applies (or full in-store credit).

  • Returns must be received within 30 days.

  • Pre-paid shipping labels provided upon request.

  • Warranties and protection accessories are non-refundable.

Warranties

  • 1-year warranty on devices (non-accidental).

  • 30-day warranty on charging accessories.

Canadian Customers

Holiday Policy

  • Orders placed between 11/1 – 12/25 can be returned until 1/15.

Cancellation & Returns

  • 5% cancellation fee before shipping.

  • 20% restocking fee deducted from all refunds.

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • $30 reshipment fee for failed deliveries.

Warranties

  • 1-year non-accidental warranty included.

  • Note: Extended warranties are not available. If purchased, they will be automatically refunded.
