⚠️ Important Service Update
Strictli no longer provides repair services for warranty claims. All valid hardware claims will now be fulfilled via a Device Swap (Replacement).
DATA LOSS WARNING: Because devices are swapped and not repaired, any data remaining on the original device will be lost. Strictli is not responsible for the loss of personal information, photos, or files. Customers are strictly responsible for backing up their data via iCloud or a computer prior to sending a device in for a claim.
Strictli-Standard Warranty
All purchases made through our store come with a 1-Year Non-Accidental Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is Covered:
If a hardware defect is found within the 1-year period, we will replace (swap) the defective product with an identical or equivalent model at no extra cost to you.
What is NOT Covered:
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid spills, or cracks)
- Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized third-party repairs
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, or scuffs)
- Battery degradation from normal everyday use
- Personal information or data stored on the device

SureBright Extended Coverage
Strictli has partnered with SureBright to give our customers a safe, reliable, and hassle-free option to protect their device purchases against a wide variety of issues.
- Comprehensive coverage for mechanical/electrical breakdowns and power surges.
- 100% coverage for parts and labor for extended years.
- Protection against normal wear and tear that affects functionality.
- Full replacement or reimbursement if the device cannot be repaired.
SureBright warranties can be purchased at checkout or up to 30 days after your order. Claims must be submitted directly through the SureBright Portal.
Cellhelmet Accessory Warranty
All Cellhelmet products come with a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Claims for replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
Cellhelmet charges a $9.99 processing and handling fee for all warranty shipments.
