Cancellation Policy
- Cancel anytime before shipment.
- 5% cancellation fee applies.
- Post-shipment cancellations follow the return policy.
Return Policy
- Initiate claims within 14 days of receipt.
- 10% restocking fee applies (or full in-store credit).
- Returns must be received within 30 days.
- Pre-paid shipping labels provided upon request.
- Warranties and protection accessories are non-refundable.

- 1-year warranty on devices (non-accidental).
- 30-day warranty on charging accessories.
Holiday Policy
- Orders placed between 11/1 – 12/25 can be returned until 1/15.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your device without giving any reason.

No Cancellation or Restocking Fees: If you exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day window, you will receive a full refund of the product cost and standard outbound shipping. No cancellation or restocking fees apply.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Condition of Goods: Devices must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the device shows signs of unreasonable use or damage.
Standard Returns (After 14 Days)

For returns requested after the initial 14-day period, our standard 30-day return window applies, subject to a 20% restocking fee (or full in-store credit).
Customs, Duties, & Refused Packages

Import duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable by Strictli. If you reject a package at customs to avoid paying these fees, a $30 reshipment/processing fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to our facility.
