Strictli repairs PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles by mail from anywhere in the US, including board-level repair when the problem goes deeper than a port or a fan.

How console repair by mail works
The diagnostic fee shows on the form before you submit, for example $69 for a PS5 Slim, and it is included in your final repair price, not charged on top. If you decide not to repair, you can pay the diagnostic fee plus return shipping to get the console back, or have us recycle it at no charge.
How to pack a console for repair
- Back up your saves. Make sure your game progress is synced to the cloud or copied to an external drive. Repairs can erase data, and Strictli is not responsible for lost saves or data.
- Take out any discs, unless a stuck disc is the reason you're sending it in.
- Send only what needs fixing. Keep cables, stands, docks and extra controllers at home. Items sent along with the console may not be returned.
- Pad it well. Wrap the console in bubble wrap and use a sturdy box so it cannot shift. The inbound label does not include insurance.
- Insure the trip home. You can add shipping insurance to the return shipment for a fee, which we recommend for higher-value consoles.
Why fix it instead of replacing it?
A repair usually costs far less than a new console, you keep the system you already know, and one less console ends up in a landfill. Keeping electronics in use is a big part of what we do, from e-waste recycling to phone, tablet and computer repair.
